Sonorch Kiosk

Sonorch Kiosk turns the tablet by your door into a self check-in desk. A guest walks in, taps their phone number, and their own name comes up — visits, points, and the appointment they booked for today. One more tap and they are on the arrival list. Your front desk sees them arrive without anyone looking up from the client in their chair. If that number has no appointment today, the kiosk does not put them in a queue it cannot honor. It shows your booking link as a code, and they book from their own phone while they are still standing there. BUILT FOR A SCREEN ON A WALL • Full screen on an iPad on a stand — no browser bar, nothing of ours in the way. • A 60-second idle timer wipes a half-typed phone number off the screen. A lobby is a public room. • Nothing a guest can reach opens settings. The staff panel is five taps on your business name, on purpose: a "Settings" button on a lobby screen gets pressed. • Pinch-zoom is off, so nobody can leave the screen zoomed for the person behind them. IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR SHOP, NOT LIKE SOFTWARE Three themes ship in the app, and you pick one per location from the staff panel: • Onyx — dark and cinematic. Your promotion fills the screen. • Aurora — cream and rose. The daylight option, for a room with a window wall. • Bento — everything visible at once, with the menu always on screen. Your business name, address, opening hours, service prices and the promotions that rotate on screen all come from your Sonorch account. Change a price on the register and the kiosk picks it up. WHAT A GUEST SEES • Check in by phone number, in ten digits. No app to download, nothing to sign up for. • Their name, visit count, points and today's booking, before they reach the desk. • Their number in line and an estimated wait, once they are checked in. • Your full service menu and prices, on a tab they can open themselves. • A booking code to scan, if they arrived without an appointment. SETTING IT UP Sonorch Kiosk needs a Sonorch POS account. Open the app, enter the owner's email address, and type the six-digit code we send. The tablet keeps its own device key: it never holds a staff sign-in, never takes a payment, and can be unpaired from the staff panel whenever you like. Then lock the tablet to this one app with Guided Access. WHAT IT COLLECTS A guest's phone number, used to find their booking for the day, and the owner's email address, used to pair the tablet. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. Nothing is sold inside the app — your Sonorch subscription is managed outside it. Designed for iPad.
