One task at a time. OneTask - وان تاسك is a simple productivity app built around a focused idea: choose what matters most right now, then give it your full attention. Instead of putting everything in front of you at once, OneTask helps you decide what to work on now and keep the rest of your tasks organized for later. FOCUS ON ONE THING Choose your one task for the day and put it front and center. Start a focus session whenever you are ready to work. FOCUS SESSIONS Choose a 10, 25, or 45 minute session, or set a custom duration from 1 to 180 minutes. Pause, resume, finish a task, or leave a session running when you need to step away. Your progress is based on saved timestamps, so it remains accurate when the app is backgrounded or the device is locked. BREAK TASKS INTO STEPS Large tasks can be difficult to start. OneTask can suggest simple steps based on built-in, on-device templates. These suggestions are generated locally on your device. Your task text is not sent to an AI service or remote server. SEE YOUR PROGRESS History keeps a record of completed tasks and focus sessions. Review your progress by day or across the current week, including completed tasks and focused time. SHARE YOUR PROGRESS When you choose to share, OneTask prepares a simple summary that you can send using the iOS share sheet. PRIVATE BY DESIGN OneTask works offline and stores your tasks, settings, and focus history locally on your device.
