Béluga Meet

Béluga Réunion is the video meeting app of Béluga, Québec’s sovereign collaboration suite. Your meetings run on servers Béluga owns and operates in Québec, under Québec law, out of reach of the U.S. Cloud Act. VIDEO MEETINGS • Your home screen gathers the meetings of all your spaces, personal and organizations, ready to join. • A clear video grid that highlights whoever is speaking, in portrait or landscape. • Check your camera and microphone before you join. • Picture in Picture: the meeting stays visible while you use another app. INVITE AND STAY IN CONTROL • Invite anyone, even without an account: guests join with a simple link. • Waiting room: admit or deny each guest. • Mute a microphone or remove a participant when needed. SHARE AND TALK • Share your iPhone or iPad screen, and follow what others share in full view. • Ephemeral chat, erased when the meeting ends. • Reactions and raised hands, visible to everyone. SCHEDULE • Schedule a meeting in your Béluga calendar: room, email invitations and reminder, all in one go. • Join any Béluga meeting with its code or link. • Get a reminder when a meeting starts, if you turn it on. SOVEREIGNTY AND SECURITY • Hosted in Québec, on hardware Béluga owns, and Loi 25 compliant. • No ads, no tracking. • Face ID or Touch ID lock, if you turn it on. BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD • Meetings work like system calls: audio keeps running in the background, with lock screen controls, over Bluetooth or the speaker. • French and English interface, designed for iPad too. A Béluga account is required to host meetings. To join a meeting as a guest, the link you received is all you need: no account required.
