About

Writing to someone in jail or prison should not be the hard part. Sendline turns your phone into the desk where you write. Type the letter, pick who it goes to, and the app fills in the mailing address the way that facility wants it, checks the letter against that facility's rules, and prints the letter and a matching #10 envelope on your own printer. Fold, stamp, mail. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add the person you write to — name, ID number, and where they are held. 2. Write your letter. Add photos if the facility allows them. 3. Run the checklist. Sendline flags the things mail rooms return letters for. 4. Print the letter and the envelope, both already addressed. WHAT YOU GET • Addresses done right. Federal and state systems are built in, each with its own format for the name, register number, unit and PO box. • Federal inmate locator. Search bop.gov by name or register number and pull the facility straight into the contact. • A mail rules checklist. Missing return address, too many pages, glitter, stickers, staples, photo counts — caught before you spend a stamp. • Envelopes. A #10 envelope with both addresses laid out to scale. • Photo pages. Print 4x6 or wallet-size photos on a sheet that mail rooms accept. • Letter history. Every letter you wrote to every person, in one thread, with its status. • Everything stays on your phone. No account, no sign-up, no server holding your letters. WHAT SENDLINE IS NOT Sendline does not mail anything for you and is not connected to any jail, prison, or corrections agency. You print the letter and mail it yourself. Mail rules and addresses change — the app shows where its information comes from so you can confirm it before something important goes out. SUBSCRIPTION Writing, addressing, the facility catalog and the locator are free. A subscription unlocks printing, envelopes and sharing as PDF: • Weekly • Monthly • Yearly Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
