About
Track your cycle without sending it anywhere, with predictions that say how sure they are and, if you want, your temperature to read ovulation in your body. No account, no ads: your periods, symptoms and notes stay on your phone, and you can export or erase them whenever you like. YOUR CYCLE IN FOUR SEASONS A dial tells you where you are at a glance: the day, the phase, and how many days until your next period. Each phase comes with what is happening in the body, the energy of the moment and an invitation for the day. Two worlds to choose from: solar, in pink and orange, or lunar, strictly black and white, more discreet when someone looks over your shoulder. HONEST PREDICTIONS Moona calculates from your real cycles, not the textbook 28 days. It tells apart what you logged from what it infers and what it projects, and shows the difference. When your cycles vary, it gives a range rather than a date, and says so. Cycles from 15 to 60 days accepted. A pause mode for pregnancy, postpartum or any time when counting no longer makes sense. LOG IN TEN SECONDS Period, emotions, symptoms, right from the home screen, no scrolling. Any day in the calendar can be corrected later. Twenty-four feelings, including ten signs that matter for endometriosis, PCOS or perimenopause, enabled only if they concern you. READ OVULATION IN YOUR BODY The natural method, if you choose it: your waking temperature and cervical mucus, read with the three-over-six rule of the Sensiplan method. Ovulation is confirmed three days later, never before, and the next period then follows from your luteal phase, to the day. A chart, and your luteal phase measured cycle after cycle. It is not a contraceptive: the app never marks a day as safe. EAT WITH YOUR CYCLE One hundred and twenty recipes, thirty per phase, each with the hormonal link explained: why iron during your period, why cruciferous vegetables when oestrogen rises. Four diets and two filters, gluten-free and anti-inflammatory. SOOTHE Twenty-nine plants, habits and supplements, and ten exercises, with an honest level of evidence (clinically studied or traditional use) and the precautions read before the steps. Every page cites its sources: NIH, NHS, ACOG, ANSES, WHO. And a page that says when a herbal tea is no longer enough. TRENDS AND A SUMMARY FOR YOUR DOCTOR The shape of your cycles, your feelings phase by phase, and common gynaecological markers presented as observations, never as a diagnosis. A PDF summary to bring to an appointment. SHARE WITHOUT SENDING ANYTHING A link or QR code for your partner that does not contain your journal: their app recalculates your phase every day. You choose what they see. DISCRETION Lock on opening with Face ID, fingerprint or device passcode. Discreet reminders by default, without the word “period” on the lock screen. A home screen widget with the dial, the day count and the invitation of the day. FREE, FOREVER Logging your period and your symptoms, the calendar and full history, the date of your next period, the PDF summary, exporting your journal. No account, no time limit, no trial that closes on you. The detailed journal, trends, recipes, plants and practices, the natural method and partner sharing are part of the plan: €3.99 a month, €19.99 a year, or €49.99 once and for all (local prices in your store), all three unlock the same thing. One recipe and one plant are free every month, for everyone. Payment goes through the App Store; a subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your Apple account settings. In French and English, recipes and plant guides included. Moona makes no diagnosis and does not replace medical advice. Logging how you feel is now open to everyone: a pain gets written down the day it happens. One hundred and twenty recipes, with a different selection every cycle and no update needed. Plants and exercises can be browsed phase by phase, with six more movements. Every page cites its sources: NIH, NHS, ANSES, WHO. And the day stays readable once the moon passes half.
