Event Nexus AI turns your iPhone or iPad into the accreditation desk and the door of your event. Put your own logo and your event's artwork on it, send each guest an invitation carrying their personal QR code, keep count of who is coming, print badges at real physical size, and scan people in as they arrive. Everything happens on the device — there is no account to create, no server to connect to, and nothing is uploaded anywhere. YOUR BRAND, NOT OURS • Choose a logo for an event and it is printed at the top of that event's badges and invitations • Add artwork for the event and it runs across the top of the event and of every invitation • Every event keeps its own, so one for a client and one for yourself need no switching • Write a line for your guests that appears on each invitation INVITATIONS • Every guest gets an A5 invitation as a PDF: your logo, your artwork, the event details, their name and their own QR code • Send it by email straight from the app, with the invitation attached and the message already written • Work through the whole guest list one at a time, with a running count of what has gone out • Or share an invitation any other way — messages, print, AirDrop WHO IS COMING • Record each reply as it arrives: going, not going, still waiting • The event counts them for you — going, awaiting reply, not going, not invited yet • See how many of those who replied said yes, and how many places are left • Filter the guest list by who is coming and who has not answered EVENTS • Create as many events as you need, each with its own schedule, venue and capacity • See at a glance how many are expected, how many have arrived and how many are still to come • Keep organizer notes with the event, private to you GUEST LIST • Add guests with name, organization, role and contact details • Ten accreditation categories: Attendee, VIP, Speaker, Press, Staff, Security, Organizer, Sponsor, Exhibitor and Volunteer • Each category has its own colour, so the door sees immediately who is in front of them • Search by name, organization or email CREDENTIALS THAT CANNOT BE FORGED • Every guest gets a QR credential signed with a key generated for that event • The code carries no name, email or phone — only a signed reference, so photographing a badge reveals nothing about the person • A credential from a different event is refused • A code that was not issued by the app is refused • Revoke a credential at any time and it stops working immediately, while the guest stays on the record AT THE DOOR • Point the camera at a guest's QR code and the answer comes back at once • See who they are, their category, and whether they have already come through • A second scan of the same badge is reported rather than silently accepted • A badge that will not scan can be checked in by hand, under the same rules • Record which gate each person came through, and undo a check-in if you scan someone by mistake BADGES AND LISTS • Print badges as PDF at true physical size: 90 × 120 mm, 100 × 150 mm or A6 • A page printed at 100% comes out of the printer at the size the accreditation desk expects • Each badge carries your logo, the guest's name, organization, role, category colour and QR code • Export the whole guest list as CSV, replies included PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no sign-in, no tracking, no analytics • Your events, guests and check-ins never leave the device • Email goes through Apple's own Mail composer — you tap Send; the app never sends anything by itself • Works with no internet connection at all, including at a venue with no signal Free, with no subscription and nothing to unlock.
