Volt Subscriber is the app for anyone subscribed to a private neighbourhood generator in Iraq. Your subscription, the month's bill, your balance and a receipt for every amount you paid are on your phone, exactly as they stand in the owner's ledger. No dispute over a number, and no guessing what is left. ■ Who it is for • Every household or shop subscribed to a private neighbourhood generator. • Anyone who wants to know what he owes before the collector knocks, and to keep a receipt for every payment. ■ How to start • Install the app and ask your generator's owner to show you the pairing code from his app. • Read the code once with your camera. • That is all: your subscription card and your bills are in front of you, and you stay signed in without a password. ■ Your subscription card • The generator's name, your meter number, your amperes and your subscription type. • You see what the owner sees, so a change in his ledger reaches you the same moment. • Your state is plain: active, cut, or carrying dues. ■ The month's bill and your balance • The month's bill with its number, its date and the ampere price it was computed at. • What has built up from earlier months, summed on one line, so you know where you stand in a second. • The full bill history, to return to whenever you like. ■ A receipt for every amount you pay • The moment the owner or his collector records your payment, the receipt appears with its number and date. • It shows what was paid and what remains, and it stays in your history. • Paid part of it? Paid and remaining are shown without ambiguity. ■ Your generator's notices in one place • The new month's pricing, a maintenance window, or any operating news. • All of them kept in one tab, to read whenever you open the app. ■ Sign in once, with no password • The owner shows the pairing code on his screen and you read it once with your camera. • You stay signed in after that: no username to remember, no password to forget. • Changed your phone? The owner issues a new code in seconds. ■ Common questions • Is the app free? Yes. The subscriber app is always free and asks you for no payment. • Do I pay inside the app? No. Payment happens between you and the owner or his collector as it always has, and the app shows you the receipt. • What if a number differs from the notebook? The app shows what the owner himself recorded, so take it up with him with the receipt and the bill in hand. • Does it work with any generator?
