ReelSpan

ReelSpan lets you discover movies by where and when their stories take place. Instead of browsing only by genre, actors, or ratings, explore cinema through geography and history. Search for a city, region, country, or landmark, move across time, and discover films connected to a particular place and period. **Explore by Place** Browse the world map or search for locations around the globe. Discover films set in cities, regions, and countries, and see how different places are represented through cinema. **Explore by Time** Travel across historical periods and find movies based on when their stories take place—not when the movies were released. **Discover New Films** Start with a place or period that interests you and uncover films you may never find through traditional recommendations. **Movie Details** View essential movie information together with story locations and historical settings. **Save Favorites** Build a personal collection of movies you want to watch or revisit. ReelSpan is made for movie lovers, travelers, history enthusiasts, and anyone curious about the connection between cinema, place, and time.
