About
WhereKept is a home inventory for finding things, not for filing them. Every item you add gets a shelf address, the same way a library book has a call number: Garage, tool chest, top drawer. Search for the passport and the answer is a place you can walk to, not a photo of a drawer. How it works 1. Name the places. Rooms hold closets, cabinets, shelves and bins, and those hold things. Nest as deep as your house goes. 2. Give each item a place. Add a photo and the details you care about. 3. Look it up. Search by name, brand, note, or place. Or scan the label on a bin and see what is inside without opening it. On every plan Places that nest as deep as your house. Move a whole cabinet to another room and every item inside keeps up. Search that answers with the address. Printable labels with a scannable code for bins, shelves, and storage boxes. A record of every move, with who and when. A spreadsheet export of everything you have entered. Your data is yours. Sign in with Apple or with email. The free plan holds 25 items for one person, with one photo per item. WhereKept Plus Plus is for the whole household. One inventory for everyone in your home. Invite people with a code, and everyone sees the same places on their own phone. Your partner puts the holiday lights in the basement, and the address is on your phone a second later. Unlimited items, with up to 5 photos each. Photo identification that suggests a name, brand, and model from a photo, 300 a month. Nothing is guessed; you review before saving. An insurance export. One tap produces a PDF grouped by room with photos, serial numbers, purchase dates, and prices. One subscription covers the whole household: $19.99 a year or $2.99 a month in the United States. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. If Plus ends, nothing is locked: everything you added stays searchable and exportable.
