DrinkLync Staff

DrinkLync Staff is the iPad station app for bars that run DrinkLync. It is for bartenders and gatekeepers only. Guests use the DrinkLync app; managers set the venue up from the DrinkLync manager portal. HOW A NIGHT RUNS 1. A manager pairs the iPad to a venue and a bar with a one-time code. From then on the iPad only ever opens this station. 2. Bartenders and gatekeepers sign in with their own PIN. No email, no password, no typing on a wet bar. 3. Guest orders arrive on the bartender screen the moment they are placed. Each ticket shows the drinks, the modifiers, the guest's name and photo, and how long it has been waiting. Tap once when it is being made and once when it is ready. 4. The guest's phone shows READY and a pickup code. At the handoff point the gatekeeper scans the code, the order pops with the guest's name and photo, and the drinks go over the rail. One scan, no shouting, no wristbands. BUILT FOR THE RAIL - Big type and 44pt targets that work with wet hands and low light. - Tickets are ordered by wait time, not by who is loudest. - Every action is confirmed on the iPad and on the guest's phone. - Multi-bar venues: each station is bound to one bar, so the roof bar never sees the basement's tickets. - Works on iPad only and is designed to be locked to this app with mobile device management. WHAT IT IS NOT DrinkLync Staff does not take payment and does not store card details. Guests pay and tip in their own DrinkLync app. There is nothing for staff to buy, subscribe to, or sign up for inside this app. NEED A VENUE?
