VOW - Your Goals Come First

Make room for what matters tomorrow. VOW starts with a simple evening decision: what needs to get done the next day? Write your plan, choose your critical tasks, and select the apps that tend to distract you. When your plan is active and Screen Time protection is enabled, VOW shields those apps until you mark all critical tasks complete. YOUR DAILY VOW • Plan today or tomorrow in your own words. • Separate critical work from optional tasks. • Review and commit your plan before blocking begins. • Add, edit, or remove today's tasks when plans change. SPACE TO FOCUS • Shield individually selected apps while a plan is active. • Start a focus timer for a task, pause it, and return when you're ready. • Review your recorded focus time and completion history. • Keep an emergency manual unlock available when you need it. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ALSO INCLUDES • Save reusable plans and add them to a draft later. • Choose weekdays for recurring tasks to appear in new drafts. • Block whole app categories and selected websites. Recurring tasks prepare a draft when you open the planner. They never commit a plan or turn on blocking automatically. You stay in control of what you promise to do. VOW has no separate sign-in and no ads. Plans and task details are stored on your device. Apple Screen Time permission is required for app blocking. Completion is self-reported; recorded timer time is not verification that a task was completed. VOW requires a subscription to use its planning and protection features. Choose a monthly or annual plan after completing setup. Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day trial; Apple shows the actual eligibility, localized price, renewal date, and billing period before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple Account subscription settings. Restore purchases using the same Apple Account. If membership ends, VOW retains local plans and removes its app restrictions.
