About
Blood Pressure Diary is a place to keep your readings and turn them into something a doctor can actually use. You read the numbers off your own blood pressure monitor and type them in. The app tells you what they mean in plain words, keeps the history, and turns any period into a single page you can hand over at your next appointment. WHAT IT DOES Understand the number Every reading is classified against published guidelines from the American Heart Association or the European Society of Cardiology, and you choose which one. A coloured scale shows how far out the reading is, with the thresholds printed underneath, so you learn where the lines are instead of memorising them. One page for your doctor Pick a period and share a PDF straight from the share sheet. Averages, range, spread, the morning and evening split, and how the readings were distributed across the categories. Mail it, message it, print it, or save it to Files. Context that makes a reading make sense Tag a reading in one tap: resting, after coffee, before or after medication, after exercise, stressed. "146/93 after coffee" is a different conversation from "146/93". Add a note when you want one. Reminders that know when to stop A reading reminder stays quiet if you have already logged one in that part of the day. Medication and report reminders always fire. Your history, at a glance Every reading is colour-coded by severity, with the average, the range and the spread over seven, thirty or ninety days, or everything. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO It does not measure your blood pressure. No phone can, and no app on a phone can. You need a cuff. This app is the notebook, not the instrument. It does not diagnose anything, and it does not tell you whether to take medication. It classifies numbers against a published table and prints them. Talk to a doctor about what to do. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE There is no account and no sign-up. Your readings are never uploaded, and there is no server holding them. No advertising, and no tracking of any kind. If you subscribe, Apple handles the payment and a service called RevenueCat checks whether the subscription is active. It sees a random identifier and the receipt, never a reading, a date or a note. A report leaves your phone only when you tap share, and only to whoever you choose. FREE, AND PAID Logging readings, your full history, tagging, notes, reminders, the classification and deleting your data are free, and stay free. They are never locked. A subscription adds the PDF report and CSV export. You are shown the subscription at most twice, and never more than that. No ads, ever. SUBSCRIPTION Pro Monthly, $2.99 per month in the United States. Elsewhere the price is the local Apple tier and is shown to you before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Blood Pressure Diary is a place to keep your readings and turn them into
something a doctor can actually use.
You read the numbers off your own blood pressure monitor and type them in. The
app tells you what they mean in plain words, keeps the history, and turns any
period into a single page you can hand over at your next appointment.
WHAT IT DOES
Understand the number
Every reading is classified against published guidelines from the American
Heart Association or the European Society of Cardiology, and you choose which
one. A coloured scale shows how far out the reading is, with the thresholds
printed underneath, so you learn where the lines are instead of memorising them.
One page for your doctor
Pick a period and share a PDF straight from the share sheet. Averages, range,
spread, the morning and evening split, and how the readings were distributed
across the categories. Mail it, message it, print it, or save it to Files.
Context that makes a reading make sense
Tag a reading in one tap: resting, after coffee, before or after medication,
after exercise, stressed. "146/93 after coffee" is a different conversation from
"146/93". Add a note when you want one.
Reminders that know when to stop
A reading reminder stays quiet if you have already logged one in that part of
the day. Medication and report reminders always fire.
Your history, at a glance
Every reading is colour-coded by severity, with the average, the range and the
spread over seven, thirty or ninety days, or everything.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
It does not measure your blood pressure. No phone can, and no app on a phone
can. You need a cuff. This app is the notebook, not the instrument.
It does not diagnose anything, and it does not tell you whether to take
medication. It classifies numbers against a published table and prints them.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
There is no account and no sign-up. Your readings are never uploaded, and there
is no server holding them. No advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
If you subscribe, Apple handles the payment and a service called RevenueCat
checks whether the subscription is active. It sees a random identifier and the
receipt, never a reading, a date or a note.
A report leaves your phone only when you tap share, and only to whoever you
choose.
FREE, AND PAID
Logging readings, your full history, tagging, notes, reminders, the classification
and deleting your data are free, and stay free. They are never locked.
A subscription adds the PDF report and CSV export.
You are shown the subscription at most twice, and never more than that. No ads,
ever.
