About

Take a photo on your iPhone. It arrives in the tray on your Mac, Windows PC or iPad, ready to use in the apps you work with. Drag media into compatible apps that support its format; photos can also be copied and pasted. Video and voice recordings go too. Open NoteFerry on both devices and pair them using the on-screen code. They can reconnect to a saved receiver when you open the apps again. Use it to bring a whiteboard into a presentation, a receipt into a document, a reference photo into a design project, or a voice note alongside meeting materials. It also works for class materials, home projects, forms, sketches and work in progress. At a desk without a camera, place your iPhone where you need it and use Phone View on a Mac or iPad to start a photo, video or audio recording. NoteFerry must stay open on the iPhone while it records. If the receiver is out of reach, keep capturing. New items stay on the iPhone and send when that receiver reconnects. One iPhone can remember several receivers; each receiver connects to one phone at a time. Transfers use an encrypted local network connection. Photos, video and audio do not pass through NoteFerry servers or upload to our cloud. No account is needed. Local Network, Camera and Microphone permissions support connection, capture and recording. Before you start • Install NoteFerry on both devices. The iPhone needs iOS 17 or later. Receivers need iPadOS 17, macOS 14, or Windows 10 version 2004 or later. • Both devices need a reachable local network. Some public or guest Wi-Fi networks isolate devices. • NoteFerry sends media captured in the app; it cannot select older photos from your photo library. • Photos use JPEG, iPhone videos MOV and recordings M4A. An iPhone audio recording can be up to 60 minutes. The destination app must support dropping or pasting the media format. • The app interface is in Simplified Chinese. The receiving app is free, with no received-item limit. Each phone can successfully deliver 30 new items per month for free. Captures over that allowance stay on the phone. They send when the free allowance is available again, or when Plus is active and the receiver is connected. Plus is available monthly, yearly or as a one-time purchase. Eligible yearly plans may include a 7-day trial. The store shows local prices and trial eligibility before purchase.
