New Morning Ops

New Morning Ops is the staff app for venues running on New Morning. Sign in with your venue account and start working — no device setup, no codes to enter. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Scan tickets — Point the camera at a customer's ticket QR code and see instantly whether it is valid, already redeemed, refunded, or for a different session. Skate and inline rentals are called out as part of the result. • Check memberships — Membership holders are verified against the current session, with their plan details and a clear approval step before the visit is recorded. • Approve arrivals — For venues that send customers check-in links, see who is waiting at the door in real time and approve or turn away each one, with a reason. Nothing needs to be scanned. • Work across venues — If your account covers more than one venue, switch between them from the menu; the app remembers which one you are working at. • Stay signed in — Sign in once and the device stays ready all day. Nothing signs you out except tapping Log Out. BUILT FOR VENUE STAFF New Morning Ops connects to your venue's New Morning workspace, so every scan and approval is reflected immediately for the team on the admin site. New Morning Ops requires an existing New Morning venue account. Accounts are created by your venue administrator — you cannot sign up in the app.
