Aires MA

Aires MA is a building engineering maintenance app for facility and maintenance teams — repair-request tracking and spare-parts inventory in one place. REPAIR REQUESTS, TRACKED TO DONE • Log a repair job with its type, urgency and location • Follow each job by status as work progresses • Record the outcome when the work is finished • See what's still outstanding at a glance on the overview SPARE PARTS & MATERIALS • Keep a register of spare parts with quantity on hand • Record issues and movements as parts are used • Get alerted when a part reaches its reorder point • Spot parts running low from the overview EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS Your team is emailed when a new job comes in, a job changes status, or a part is running low — so nothing waits unseen. Aires MA is free and is part of the Aires family of apps — one account across all of them.
