Doxvora

Doxvora turns a spoken walkthrough into a finished inspection report. Walk the property the way you already do. Say what you see, room by room, and take photos as you go; each photo attaches to what you just said. When you are done, Doxvora writes it up in the language the standards use and files every observation into the right section of the form. You are the inspector of record: Doxvora drafts, you review, correct and sign off, and nothing goes out that you have not read. It is built for Texas. Home inspections land on the TREC REI 7-6, and wood destroying insect inspections on the SPCS T-5, structure diagram, marks and legend included. Run both on the same property in one pass and say it once; it lands on both reports where it belongs. Crawlspaces and attics have no signal, so everything is captured on the device and syncs when you are back in range. Your speech is transcribed on the phone itself; no audio is kept, only the text. Start on your phone and finish on your iPad. When the report is right, deliver it to your client as a web page, export a copy for your own files, and finalize to lock the record. Return trips, re-inspections and repair verifications belong to the same job, so a property's history stays in one place.
