About

When you're caring for an aging parent, the details end up everywhere: pill bottles, a folder by the door, three family group texts. FolksKeeper keeps them in one calm, shared binder, so anyone in the family can answer what a doctor, pharmacist, or ER nurse will ask. THE ER PACKET One tap makes a single printable page with current medications, allergies, code status, conditions, insurance, emergency contacts, and anything flagged in the care log this week. The papers you choose to attach, like a POLST, a power of attorney, or insurance and Medicare cards, print right behind it. Print it before you head out the door, or share it by AirDrop or Messages. EVERYTHING ELSE IN ONE PLACE • Medications: a clear medication list with scheduled and as-needed doses. Check off each dose so the family knows what's been given, and get a reminder before a refill runs out. • Care log: quick notes on how the day went. Falls, pain, and confusion are flagged so nothing gets lost between visits. • Appointments: questions to ask, what the doctor said, who's driving, and one tap to add the visit to Calendar. • Tasks: who's doing what, plus a shared tally of everything the family got done together. • Documents: scan or photograph insurance cards, IDs, powers of attorney, and advance directives, and choose which ones go with the ER Packet. • Contacts: every doctor, pharmacy, and agency, with one-tap calling. • Profile: the details a new specialist or a substitute caregiver always asks for first. BUILT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY Invite a sibling, a spouse, or a home health aide right from the Share sheet. Each person downloads FolksKeeper and joins with the Apple Account already on their phone, so there are no new accounts or passwords. You choose who can make changes and who can only view, and the person you care for can join too. EASY TO READ Designed by a registered nurse with 15 years of care-management experience. Large, clear text that grows with your iPhone's text size, a dark mode, and support for VoiceOver. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your binder is stored in your family's own iCloud. FolksKeeper has no server of its own, so we never see your information. No ads, no tracking, no analytics. FREE, OR FOLKSKEEPER FAMILY FolksKeeper is free for one person you care for and a circle of two people.
