About
WireRelay gets your photos off your camera and onto your FTP destination — even when there's no reliable Wi-Fi at the venue at all. Most camera-to-phone transfer tools depend on your camera's own Wi-Fi — exactly the thing that's slow, overloaded, or completely unavailable at a packed stadium, a remote wedding venue, or anywhere else you need to file on deadline. WireRelay skips that problem entirely: your camera connects to your phone over a direct wired Ethernet adapter, and your phone relays every photo to your FTP destination over cellular data. HOW IT WORKS • Connect your camera to your phone or iPad with a USB-C to Ethernet adapter — no camera-side Wi-Fi setup required • WireRelay receives each photo the instant your camera sends it over the wired connection • It uploads automatically to your usual FTP destination over cellular or Wi-Fi, whichever's actually working BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Wired connection — works even when there's no venue Wi-Fi at all • Cellular relay — uploads over your phone's own data connection, independent of the venue's network • Multiple destinations — save a separate FTP profile per client and switch between them in one tap • FTP support — works with the destination servers agencies and photo services already use • iPhone & iPad — one universal app, same wired setup on either device SETUP Two fully supported ways to connect your camera and phone: a basic switch (fixed address, set once) or a travel router (automatic addresses, more plug-and-play). Step-by-step instructions for both are built right into the app's Setup Guide. PRICING One-time purchase. 7-day free trial, then $24.99 — no subscription, no renewals, no recurring charges of any kind. WireRelay is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canon Inc. Camera compatibility depends on your specific camera model's own wired FTP support.Read more
