Mira Mace pairs you with a care advocate who helps you get the care you need. This app puts what your advocate is working on in your pocket. This app is for people already enrolled with Mira Mace. If you are not enrolled, you will not be able to sign in. WHAT YOU CAN SEE Home shows your next visit, who it is with, and how many more are scheduled after it. It also shows your care advocate and the ways they can help, from finding earlier appointments to insurance, bills and coordinating between your doctors. Care plan shows what your advocate has written down: your situation, your medical history, what gets in the way of your care, your goals, and what the team recommends. In plain language, not clinical shorthand. Profile holds your contact details, your privacy settings, and a way to reach us. REACHING YOUR ADVOCATE Text or call your care advocate from the app. Texts open in your phone's own messaging app, so replies arrive the way any other message does. SIGNING IN Sign in with the mobile number Mira Mace has on file for you. We text you a six digit code. If your number is not on file, the app cannot sign you in. Ask your care advocate or call us and we will sort it out. You can lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID, so your health information stays private if someone else picks up your phone. PRIVACY The app shows your own record and nothing else. There are no ads and nothing to buy. You can request deletion of your account at any time from the Profile tab.
