Cap: Set Your Limit

Nobody has ever opened a spreadsheet while standing in line for coffee. That's why most budgeting apps fail — they turn tracking into a chore. Cap doesn't. Set a spending limit for a week, a month, or a custom stretch of time. Then log purchases the moment they happen — right from your Home Screen widget, no unlocking, no app to open, no form to fill out. One tap, done. WIDGET-FIRST, BY DESIGN The widget isn't a bonus feature bolted onto an app — it's the point. Small, Medium, and Large sizes all work straight from your Home Screen, with fully customizable one-tap quick-add amounts for the way you actually spend. KNOW YOUR PACE, NOT JUST YOUR TOTAL Cap shows more than a number. A live pacing comparison tells you whether you're spending faster or slower than time is passing through your cycle — so you find out on day 4, not on day 30. BUILT TO BE HONEST WITH YOU No streaks to protect, no guilt trips, no ads. Just a clean, considered interface — a private ledger, not a lecture — with a calm champagne-and-charcoal design that stays out of your way.
