markAtt

markAtt is a simple attendance and homework register for community schools that meet once a week. Teachers open the app, see their class, and mark each student present or absent with a single tap. Homework is recorded the same way. The roll takes about a minute, then it is submitted and locked. Administrators manage students, classes, teachers and terms, see which classes have submitted each week, and export attendance to a spreadsheet. FOR TEACHERS · Select your school, then sign in · One tap per student, no menus or cycling · Roll for the current week, with previous weeks available · Search by name for larger classes · Submit when finished — the roll locks so nothing changes by accident FOR ADMINISTRATORS · See at a glance which classes have marked their roll · Add and edit students, with guardian contacts · Move a student between classes on a chosen date · Import and export the student list as a spreadsheet · Export attendance for the term · Set up terms and roll them over into the next one PRIVACY markAtt holds student records for a school and nothing else. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Data is stored in Australia. Student records are deleted two years after a student leaves. Accounts are created by the school administrator.
