Tofu 灯譜

Tofu 灯譜 is an iPad app for making chord charts, just chords and lyrics, in a hurry. There is no staff notation. You never enter a single note, so copying a song from your printed music is quick. Make one before the show or between rehearsals, and play from it right away. ENTER CHORDS QUICKLY - Tap a measure, then pick a root and a chord type. The pad stays open, so you can move on to the next measure - Chords you have used in the song are listed by how often you used them. Repeat one with a single tap - Choose jazz style (C-7, CΔ7) or standard style (Cm7, Cmaj7) for each song - Add repeats, first and second endings, segno, coda, measure repeats and more LYRICS - Paste the lyrics all at once and pour them into the measures - Read the text from a photo of a lyric sheet (the reading happens on your iPad) - Keep verse 1 and verse 2 in the same measures CHANGE THE KEY - Move up or down a half step at a time to fit the singer - Go back to the original key any time, however often you change it EXPORT AS PDF - Chords and lyrics, chords only, lyric sheet, or UTAHON Style (chords over the lyrics) - The lyric sheet and UTAHON Style lay out repeats in the order you sing them - Add the title, the credits and your memo WORK WITH AN AI - Copy instructions for an AI, give it a photo of your printed music, and paste its reply back to get the song - Ask an AI to translate the lyrics into your memo - The app never talks to an AI by itself. You copy and paste AND MORE - Write on the chart by hand (three pens and an eraser) - Find songs by title, sort them, and share song files with other apps - Choose from four lyric sizes - The screen stays on while you play No account, no ads, no analytics. Your songs are stored only on your iPad.
