Standards - Keep Your Word

What would your life look like if you actually did what you said you were going to do? Standards helps you build self-trust by keeping a permanent record of the words you give yourself — and whether you keep them. Give your word. Follow through. Then answer honestly. Over time, your Record becomes proof of how consistently you live up to your own standards. Standards is intentionally simple: • Give your word for something that matters • Set a reminder if you want one • Later, answer honestly: kept or not kept • Build a permanent Record over time No streaks. No scores. No gamified pressure. Just a clear record of the promises you make to yourself. Your words stay on your device. No account is required. Standards includes one free word so you can experience the core loop before subscribing. A subscription unlocks continued creation of new words. Live up to your own.
