ZenCalendar Family Organizer

Zen Calendar is the shared family calendar that actually gets used. Every person in the family has a colour, so one glance at the month tells you who is where. Tap a day and the whole day slides up — practices, lessons, appointments, birthdays — with times, places and who's going. Just tell it what to add. Type or speak to the Family Assistant — "eye appointment for mom Friday at 9:10, assign it to Gilles" — and it books the event, picks the activity type and assigns the right people. No forms. Bring the calendars you already have. Subscribe to Google, Apple and Outlook calendars, school and team iCal feeds, and see everything in one place. Publish your own feeds so grandparents, sitters and coaches can follow along from any calendar app. Built for busy families: • Colour-coded month, week and agenda views — pick the look you like • Family Assistant that adds and updates events from plain language • People, not just events — assign every activity to who it's for • Meals, deadlines, sports, lessons, camps, birthdays and vacation, each filterable • Deadline reminders and push notifications • Public holidays for your country and region • Import iCal feeds; export feeds to Google, Apple and Outlook • Forward an email to your calendar address and it becomes an event • Share the calendar with view-only or full-access members Free to start. Your data stays yours — see our privacy policy at https://zencalendar.app/privacy.
