About
Photograph something in the kitchen, and Your Chief Recipe turns it into a ticket. A finished plate, whatever's left in the fridge, a torn page from a menu, it reads all three and hangs the right ticket on the rail for whichever service is currently open: breakfast, lunch, dinner, or the late-night stretch. Three things live on every ticket. Heat marks how hot the dish runs, from a whisper up to a full blaze. Portion count gets handled by a cover dial that resizes the mise on the fly. And the actual cooking happens through timed expo beats, fired off one at a time like a real pass. Running low on an ingredient changes the whole rail at once. Flag dairy, meat, gluten, fish, eggs, or nuts as out on the 86 board, and anything built on that ingredient turns red automatically. Not the right night for a dish? Spike it and come back later. Notes written into expo stick to the ticket no matter where it moves, and once a plate is done it lands straight in today's covers. Groceries live in the walk-in. Anything that needs looking up opens through a plain web search, nothing more. There's no account to make, no feed to check, nothing being sold. Stations: Window - camera, photo library, or type the dish yourself Rail - this service's tickets, sorted by heat, with a spike for later Expo - timed beats, the mise checklist, the cover log Walk-in - the 86 board and your shopping crateRead more
