About

Medic Milsim is a field app built for players acting as the medic in airsoft milsim games. In a milsim game, injuries and treatment follow rules agreed before the match. Those rules are usually handled on paper or from memory, which slows the game down and causes disagreements between players. This app replaces the paper and gives the medic something he can read at a glance, without stepping out of character. DIAGNOSIS Pick the hit zone and the app draws an injury based on probabilities you set yourself. Each case shows its full protocol, grouped by MARCH stage, with a treatment timer that starts automatically. The matching casualty status table appears right below. Cardiac arrests trigger a three-minute resuscitation sequence, with a survival rate you define. An analysis in progress is no longer lost when you go back to the home screen: a banner lets you resume or end it, and the timer keeps running in the meantime. TACTICAL MAP Track your position on a detailed terrain layer showing elevation and trails, a satellite view, or a standard street map. Capture the coordinates of any point with a single tap: a marker appears at the exact spot. Your coordinates are shown in MGRS, latitude/longitude, degrees-minutes-seconds or UTM, and copy in one gesture for radio transmission. You can also share your position with the members of your channels so they can locate you during a game. Sharing is off by default and stops the moment you turn it off. CASUALTY CARDS The TCCC card reproduces DD Form 1380: casualty identity, mechanism of injury, front and back silhouettes to mark hit zones, tourniquet placement and times, vital signs, MARCH treatments and evacuation. The 9-Line request follows STANAG 2087, with priority, security and nationality codes, along with the MIST report. Both export as PDFs on the official forms, ready to print or hand over. TEAM CHANNELS Create a channel or join your unit's with an invitation code. Exchange messages, see who is online, share your casualty cards and download your teammates' with a single tap. A notification reaches you on every message, even with the app closed. SHAREABLE SETTINGS Adjust the injury probabilities per body zone and the MCC / MCL / DCD table to match your rules. Export your full configuration to pass it on to your unit, or import your squad leader's: everyone then plays with the same settings. Medic Milsim is a simulation made for gameplay. It is not a medical device, does not replace any first aid training, and has no validity in real-world situations.Read more
