GravaHoje is a practice log for people who train with their body: dance, yoga, tennis, badminton. Film today's session, then actually look at it. Slow the clip down, loop the two seconds that go wrong, and mirror the picture so left and right match what you feel. RECORD - Film with the front or back camera, or pick a clip you already have in Photos - A 3-second countdown so you can get into position - On-screen framing guides (figure, pose, box, grid) so you know where to stand - Portrait and full body for dance and yoga, landscape and side view for tennis and badminton REVIEW - Playback speed for slow motion - A-B loop to repeat one movement - Mirror on or off - Frame-accurate scrubbing - Add a short note to a clip COMPARE - Put two clips side by side and play them together - Set the start point of each one so the movement lines up KEEP SHOWING UP - A daily reminder at the time you pick - A calendar of every day you saved a clip - The reminder stays quiet once today's practice is saved Practice videos are saved on your device.
