PoolTrail helps solo residential pool operators keep a clear record of each visit and the work that comes next. YOUR DAY, IN ORDER Keep customers and service locations together. Set recurring visits, arrange today's stops, and record a completed or skipped visit. Start with a fictional sample route or import your own customers from CSV. RECORD THE WORK ON SITE Save checklists, water readings, notes and photos on your iPhone, including when you are offline. Label readings for each pool or spa. Saved changes wait for a connection before they sync. SEND A CLEAR SERVICE REPORT Preview the customer-facing report, choose the included photos, and keep internal and access notes separate. Completed visits can produce a branded report with a private browser link and PDF download. Check delivery progress and resolve failed sends from the app. FOLLOW THROUGH ON REPAIRS Create an estimate with the scope, total, photos and expiry. Customers review it in a browser and explicitly approve or decline that version and amount. Keep the recorded decision, set a follow-up reminder, and schedule approved work back onto your route. KEEP YOUR EXISTING BILLING Export approved repair details for your current billing process. PoolTrail records service work and customer decisions; it does not collect repair payments or provide accounting. YOUR RECORDS STAY USEFUL Export your records, choose whether to include internal notes, and request account deletion in Settings. Existing local records remain readable and exportable if your subscription lapses. Start with local work without registration.
