Yangın: Extinguisher Tracker

Know where your fire extinguishers are, which inspections are due and what was replaced. Yangın helps you organize buildings and extinguishers, scan QR codes during site visits and document work with photo reports. Designed for property managers, apartment buildings, shops, factories, maintenance providers, extinguisher suppliers and individual users. ORGANIZE PLACES AND EXTINGUISHERS • Create a place with its name, type, address and notes. • Record each extinguisher's name, QR code, serial number, type, capacity and unit. • Select multiple fire classes: A, B, C, D and F. • Enter a precise location such as “ground floor” or “stair landing”, then add a photo and notes. • Keep the last refill date and next inspection date with the equipment record. WORK OFFLINE ON SITE Your records are stored on your device. Open places and equipment, scan QR codes, record inspections and prepare reports without a continuous internet connection. Scan a code to open the matching extinguisher quickly. Export a JSON backup and restore it when needed. FOLLOW INSPECTIONS AND URGENT ITEMS Save inspection results and notes, and review previous work in the history. See overdue inspections and recorded problems such as low pressure in the alert list. Configure reminders to suit your inspection schedule. PHOTO REPLACEMENT REPORTS — PRO Take photos of the old and new extinguishers or choose images from your gallery. Add your company logo and the customer's signature to create a PDF replacement report. Send it to WhatsApp, email or another compatible app using your device's share menu. Report creation works offline; message delivery requires internet access and the relevant app. BULK INVENTORY VERIFICATION — PRO Scan extinguishers one after another during a periodic inspection. Distinguish found, missing, misplaced and duplicate scans. Check records for equipment found at a different place and verify your inventory. SPARE AND LOAN EQUIPMENT — PRO Track temporary extinguishers installed during maintenance with a “Y” marker. Link a spare to its original place and the extinguisher it replaces, then update the record when it is returned. REPORTING AND EVERYDAY USE Create PDF inventory lists and use Excel export with Pro.
