About
CommSync puts your business text messages and your email in one inbox. A customer texts one number and emails another address. CommSync keeps the texts, emails, calls, and voicemail of each contact together, so you see the full history before you reply. ONE INBOX • Text messages and email from every connected line, in one list • Reply from the correct number or address every time • Search messages, attachments, and contacts • Archive, snooze, label, and mute a conversation • Notifications that show the sender and the message COMMSYNC AI • Ask a question about your conversations, and get an answer with links to the source messages • The Daily Brief puts the conversations that need you first • Automated mail and promotions go to their own folders CONTACTS AND TEAMS • One contact card holds every number and address of a customer • Merge two cards when they are the same person • Work the same inbox with your team, with access set line by line IPHONE AND WEB, ONE ACCOUNT CommSync also runs in your browser at commsync.ai. The iPhone app and the web app use the same account, and they stay in sync. Read and reply on your iPhone.
