Managit

Managit puts a name and a date on every duty in a school — gate duty, bus checks, lab closes, repairs, circulars — and keeps the record of when it closed. Heads see what got done today without asking anyone. Staff see their own week, and nothing else. For heads and managers • Assign a task to a person, with a due date and a priority, from your phone or the console • See every open task across your teams, what is overdue and what closed today • Approve requests — circulars, purchases, events, supplies — with a written trail, or pass one up the line • Daily reports and checklists from each department, in one place • Reports you can save or print, per person, per department, per month For staff • Your week on one screen: what is due, what is overdue, what is done • Attach a photo to a task or a report straight from the camera • Tick off the day's checklist; write the daily report in a minute • Ask for an approval and see its answer without chasing anyone • A push notification when something needs you, and a badge on the icon until you have seen it Built for how schools actually run • Reporting lines, not group chats: each person sees the tasks on their own line • Works across campuses — one login, switch branch • Department privacy: staff in a department can see "Management" without seeing which manager • WhatsApp reminders for staff who have opted in, sent by the school • Runs on the phones your staff already have; the console runs in any browser Getting in Managit is licensed to schools. Your school signs up at managit.in and receives its school code; your administrator creates your login and gives it to you. There is no self-service sign-up in the app, no advertising, and no student data — Managit is for the staff who run the school.
