Mild Panic

Mild Panic is a party game for 3-12 people. All you need is one phone. Everyone gets the same secret word, except the Imposter, who gets a hint instead. Take turns giving one-word clues: clear enough to show you know the word, but vague enough to keep the Imposter guessing. Then discuss who you suspect and vote. Even if you catch the Imposter, they can still escape by guessing the secret word. HOW IT PLAYS 1. Add everyone's name, then pass the phone around. 2. Each player looks at their card without showing the others, then hides it again. 3. Take turns giving one-word clues. Keep going for as many turns as you like. 4. Discuss. Vote. Reveal. 5. Start the next round. Nobody is ever knocked out. PLAY YOUR WAY - Choose what the Imposter gets: a hint, only the category, or nothing at all. - Copycat: the Imposter gets a different word and doesn't know they're the Imposter. - Sneaky Mode: some rounds have no Imposter at all. - Vote by counting to three and pointing, or by secret ballot on the phone. - Timers, scoring and the number of clue rounds are all optional. - A card at the end sums up the game, to share if you want to.
