BeforeNote: Photo Evidence

Document it before problems arise. BeforeNote helps you make a clear, organized photo record of a rental car, home, package, hotel room, equipment, or anything else you want to document. Choose a guided checklist or start a custom record, then add photos and notes while the details are fresh. • Capture photos in the app or import them from your library. • Add a title, reference, location description, general note, and photo captions. • Use a checklist to keep each record organized. • Complete a record to make its contents read-only and check stored files with SHA-256. • Create an English or Turkish PDF in A4 or Letter format, even offline. • Share the PDF or export stored photo files with a manifest. Your records stay in the app’s local storage unless you choose to share or export them. There is no account, advertising, subscription, analytics, backend, or cloud sync. BeforeNote is a one-time purchase. BeforeNote uses the device clock and available file metadata. It does not independently verify when or where a photo was taken. SHA-256 is a file-integrity check, not notarization or a guarantee that a report will be accepted in a dispute. Keep appropriate backups of important records and exported files.
