About

Evenset is a free workout tracker and gym log for people who train everything: weight lifting, calisthenics, running, rowing, stretching. Every feature is open. No ads, no account, no history limits, no social feed. WHY EVENSET Most workout trackers are built around the barbell and treat cardio as an afterthought. Evenset shows the balance of strength, cardio and mobility for every workout and every week, and measures your week against the health guideline: 150 minutes of cardio and two strength days. When cardio has been missing for a while, it says so. Quietly. LOG A SET IN ONE TAP • Values are prefilled from the last time you did the exercise • One big checkmark under your thumb marks the set, starts the rest timer and moves on • Rest timer runs on the lock screen with a sound and vibration when it ends • Supersets in one tap, drag to reorder, swipe to delete • Repeat your last workout or start from a template GYM, CALISTHENICS, STREET • Weight and reps, reps only, time, time and weight, distance and time • Bodyweight exercises with added weight: +10 kg belt, −20 kg band • Pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, levers, planche progressions, handstands • Gym, calisthenics park or street as the place of every workout • About 120 built-in exercises plus your own, with smart search that understands any word order CARDIO THAT COUNTS • Running, walking, cycling, rowing and swimming with distance and pace • Pace per km, per 100 m, 500 m split or km/h, depending on the sport • Import runs and rides from Apple Health and Health Connect, so workouts from your watch count towards your week • Calories from real intensity, not a flat guess HEART RATE OVER BLUETOOTH • Connects over Bluetooth Low Energy to any monitor that speaks the standard Heart Rate profile: chest straps, armbands, Whoop in broadcast mode, Garmin, Polar, Coospo, Wahoo • No vendor app, no account, no pairing dance: choose it once and every later workout finds it on its own, and keeps looking if you switch the strap on halfway through • Live heart rate while you train, and on the lock screen with the phone in your pocket • Heart rate zones and calories measured from your heart, not guessed from the exercise • Rest until your pulse comes down: set a threshold and the next set says when you are ready • The whole workout's heart rate, drawn when you finish • Bluetooth is used for this and nothing else, and a monitor is optional: everything else works without one PROGRESS THAT MEANS SOMETHING • Records per exercise: max weight, max reps, longest hold, best pace, estimated 1RM • History and charts for every exercise, including bodyweight and cardio • Weekly and monthly summary: workouts, time, calories, strength and cardio minutes • No tonnage, no streaks, no badges. Just your training.
