PureRedact

Prepare photos and PDFs for sharing with PureRedact, an editing tool for iPhone and iPad. Choose what to cover, add your edits, and export a new copy. Photo and PDF editing takes place on your device. EDIT PHOTOS Cover selected areas with solid blocks or pixelation. Add stickers and full-image text watermarks, with adjustable watermark size, color, and opacity. Review the edited image before exporting, or export multiple images together. WORK WITH PDFs Open a PDF and edit its pages with rectangle cover-ups, text annotations, stickers, and watermarks. Use undo and redo while editing, and remove pages you do not want in the exported document. PDF exports are rebuilt from rendered page images with your edits applied. The original selectable text layer is not carried into the new PDF, so exported pages are no longer searchable as text. Check every page before sharing. SAVE OR SHARE Use the iOS Share Sheet to save exported files or send them to a destination you choose. Available actions depend on the file type and the apps installed on your device. You can also clear temporary sharing files in Settings. LOCAL EDITING No account is required. There are no subscriptions or ads, and PureRedact does not upload your photos or PDFs to its own service for editing. A sharing destination you choose may handle your files under its own policies. Choose JPG, PNG, or WebP images, or a PDF from your files. Large images may be resized during import. Redaction is manual: always review the exported copy to make sure you have covered everything you intend to hide.
