About

Some people open the Bible at a random page. Ruah Pulse lets your heart choose. Rest a finger over the camera and the flash. Hold still. The app reads your pulse through your fingertip and opens one verse. 60 and under, your pulse has settled, and you receive a hard command. Love your enemy. Forgive. Feed the one who wronged you. 61 to 99, the ordinary day. Trust, humility, wisdom, gratitude. 100 and up, your heart is going, and you receive a promise. One check, one verse. You can keep reading into the chapter around it, or close the app and get on with your day. There is no way to draw another verse without checking your pulse again, because a verse handed over without a heartbeat behind it is just a random verse. Free. No account, no ads, no paywall, no streak to keep, nothing to learn. English and Spanish, down to the units. Scripture comes from the New International Version and the Nueva Version Internacional, through YouVersion. The camera never saves an image. Every frame becomes two numbers and is thrown away. Your readings stay on your phone. Not a medical device. Ruah Pulse is not for diagnosis or treatment.Read more
