About

Teri's Tool is the daily service record for direct support professionals, built for the iPad and for the way a shift actually runs. RECORD THE DAY AS IT HAPPENS Mark what you supported in fifteen-minute blocks across the day, the same grid your paper sheet already uses. Drag across a column to fill a stretch of time. Every mark carries the staff member who made it, so a day supported by two people reads correctly instead of being credited to whoever saved last. THE SHIFT IS THE SIGN-IN A device is shared. Staff start a shift with an employee ID and a four-digit code, and everything recorded from that point carries their name until they hand the iPad back. No personal accounts, no shared password taped to the back of the case. WHAT A RECORD HAS TO CARRY Service records are only useful if they hold what an auditor asks for: the date, the service, in and out times, the individual, the staff who provided it, and a summary of what was done. Teri's Tool captures each of those as part of recording the day, not as paperwork afterwards. Dictate the summary instead of typing it, and attach a photo when something needs evidence. BUILT FOR THE FLOOR Large touch targets, landscape layout, and a roster that opens straight to the people scheduled today. A supervisor can review and approve a day before it closes. Teri's Tool is part of InCite OS. An organization account is required.Read more
