RouteRound

Plan the round. Prove the work. Get paid. RouteRound is built for grounds care, tree surgery and the allied trades. Plan a week of jobs in one tap, cut the driving, and turn every visit into proof — photos, sign-off and a branded completion report. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL The whole day is on the device. Plan a round, run the jobs, capture photos and signatures in a lane with no coverage, and everything syncs when you get back to signal. No spinner, no lost work. PLAN THE ROUND See every site and every job in one place. Build a week across multiple sites, reorder stops, and get turn-by-turn directions for the whole day in one tap. PROVE THE WORK Before-and-after photos captured on site. GPS check-in and check-out stamped as proof of attendance. Client signature on the job. A completion report your customer actually understands. THE PAPERWORK THE TRADE ACTUALLY NEEDS Risk assessments, waste transfer notes, vehicle and equipment checks, staff qualifications with expiry dates — captured on site and kept for audit rather than filled in from memory on a Sunday night. A PORTAL FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS Share a schedule with a client and they can see when you are coming to their sites and read the completion report afterwards. Fewer "when are you next here?" phone calls. WHAT WE DELIBERATELY DO NOT DO No AI writing your risk assessments. No crew GPS tracking between jobs. No per-job fees. Your data exports in one click, whenever you want it. RouteRound is a subscription bought by the business on our website. Crew members are given a sign-in by their employer — there is nothing to buy in the app.
