FOR VENUES • Receive every reservation request brought by a partner hotel, with the time, the party size and the hotel of origin. • Confirm or decline in one tap, mark the guest as arrived, enter the bill. Every decision can be undone with a single touch. • Add your own reservations, taken by phone or at the counter. • Track your commissions month by month, hotel by hotel: what remains due, what has been settled. • Analyse your activity: volumes, average spend, peak days and hours, where your guests come from. • Message concierge services directly. • Activities and services: manage your offers, with photos, visible instantly on hotel menus.
