About
Keep the words you changed your mind about. Tracelet saves your notes and their earlier versions. Jot down an idea, work through a draft, and revisit a sentence you took out along the way. Available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. A trace of your changes When a note changes, Tracelet automatically saves a version called a trace. The default interval is one minute. You can change the interval in Settings or save a trace whenever you want. See what changed Browse traces in a graph or a list. Open one to see the lines you added and removed, when it was saved, and which device you used. Give useful traces a title or pin them for later. When you return to an earlier version, your current changes are saved first. A place for everyday notes Use headings, bold text, lists, and links. Keep related notes in folders. Lock a note to prevent accidental edits, share a note or a trace, and export a backup of your library. Look back at the days you wrote Activity shows your saved changes by day. Widgets show lines added, lines removed, and saved changes for today, this week, or this month. Choose all notes, a folder, or a single note. Shortcuts can take you straight to a note or folder you use often. Saved on your device Your notes and traces are stored on your device. Turn on iCloud sync to use them across your devices through your own iCloud account. There are no ads or analytics. When Apple Intelligence is available for your device and language, it can suggest trace titles on your device. Note text is not sent to a separate AI service. Titles you write are never replaced automatically. Core features are free Create up to 30 notes and 3 folders. Writing, traces, iCloud sync, widgets, and the other core features are all free. For more notes: Tracelet Contributor Create up to 10,000 notes and 10,000 folders, and put folders inside other folders. One subscription works across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. If you need room for more notes, becoming a Contributor helps support Tracelet's development. When your subscription ends, you can still read, edit, export, and delete every existing note. Your existing subfolders remain usable. You can still move notes into them and add new notes there within the free note limit. Free limits apply to new notes and folders, and creating new subfolders requires Contributor. Contributor renews automatically every 3 months. The price is shown before purchase.
