SingBuDong shows what homes in Singapore actually sold for, HDB flats, private condos and landed homes, on one map, and what HDB flats and condos rent for. Open it, look at your area, tap a block. No search needed, no sign-up. Transacted prices, not asking prices Every price comes from registered transactions and rental records, not listings. Blue markers are HDB resale flats, rose markers are condos and apartments. HDB and condo markers show the flat type or unit size, a recent price, price per square foot and the lease left or freehold status. Condo projects with developer sales and no resale yet appear as New launch markers at their developer prices. Landed homes appear as amber markers when you turn them on in Filters. Every price comes from registered transactions and rental records, not listings. Blue markers are HDB resale flats, rose markers are condos and apartments. HDB and condo markers show the flat type or unit size, a recent price, price per square foot and the lease left or freehold status.
