CareRecord: Family Health

CareRecord is a family health archive designed around preserving original medical documents. Create separate profiles for family members and organize medical visits, examinations, treatments, medications, vaccinations, allergies, health measurements, and other health records in one place. Attach photos, PDFs, prescriptions, test reports, and supporting documents directly to each record. CareRecord can extract text from images and PDFs using OCR. Recognized content is added to your health records only after you review and confirm it, while the original attachment remains available for reference. Search across records and attachments, review health events on a timeline or calendar, and keep each family member’s information clearly separated. You can also manage medicines, medical devices, and supplies, including quantities, storage locations, expiration dates, and low-stock reminders. Your records and original attachments can be exported as a complete ZIP backup and restored when needed. App Lock and a privacy shield help prevent sensitive information from being casually viewed on your device. CareRecord is intended for organizing and reviewing personal and family health information.
