Wedding Planner Lite is for couples planning their own wedding who don't want to build a spreadsheet first. Answer a few questions and your checklist is already laid out to your date, with one clear place to start. Add your vendors to see what's paid, what's still owed and what's due next, so the numbers live in one place instead of in your head. YOUR CHECKLIST, ALREADY TIMED TO YOUR DATE 23 tasks, from agreeing a budget to the final payments, grouped by the month each one is due. Only know the rough month? That's enough to begin. "Start here" shows the next step worth taking, and if the date moves, the whole list moves with it. Add, edit or delete any task. EVERY VENDOR, DEPOSIT AND BALANCE IN ONE PLACE Each vendor holds the deposit you've paid, the balance still owed and the date it's due. The Budget screen adds it up: paid so far, still owed, total cost, and the next payment due. A REMINDER BEFORE A BALANCE IS DUE Turn on a reminder for any vendor and your iPhone notifies you in the morning, a few days before the balance is due. One reminder per balance. No daily prompts. GUEST LIST WITH RSVP COUNTS Names, RSVP status and a running count of invited, confirmed, declined and still waiting. Enough to answer the caterer.
