PhotoPort Transfer

Move your photos and videos straight from one of your devices to another, over your own Wi-Fi. Nothing is uploaded to a server and nothing is stored by us — files go directly from one device to the other, so a 4K video moves at the speed of your network instead of your upload speed. FREE UP SPACE Save Space shows you the photos and videos taking up the most room, with the exact amount each one would give back if compressed. Choose what to shrink, keep what matters at full quality. If a file has no copy anywhere else, the app tells you plainly before you touch it. BACK UP TO A DEVICE YOU OWN Send your camera roll to your computer or your other phone and keep the originals safe there. Backup continues while you use other apps, and picks up where it left off. BROWSE THE OTHER DEVICE See the photo library on your paired device from here — scroll it, open it, pull back anything you want. It looks like one gallery across both. PLAY VIDEOS WITHOUT COPYING THEM FIRST Start a video stored on your other device and it streams over your network. No waiting for a multi-gigabyte file to transfer before you can watch. PAIR IN SECONDS Scan a QR code on one device with the other. Pairing works both ways from a single scan, and stays paired. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your photos never reach our servers, because there are no servers in the path. We store your account email and a small record of each device so your own devices can find each other — nothing else. No advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, no tracking. You can delete your account and everything stored with it from inside the app. WHAT YOU NEED Two devices signed in to the same account, on the same Wi-Fi network. PhotoPort runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows and Linux, and transfers between any two of them.
