With the MailroomIQ app, you can: • View envelopes and packages received at your mailbox • Review available envelope images and scanned contents • Receive notifications when new mail or packages arrive • Read messages from your mailbox store • Submit supported mailbox actions, including forwarding requests • Review recent mailbox activity • Access store contact information and directions MailroomIQ is designed for customers of participating mailbox stores. An active account provided by your mailbox store is required to sign in.
