With MIQ Operator, authorized staff can: • Scan and process incoming envelopes and packages • Capture item images for customer visibility • Review mailbox activity while working away from the front counter • Support customer mail handling workflows from a mobile device • Work within the store’s existing MailroomIQ account and permissions MIQ Operator is intended for authorized staff of participating mailbox stores.
