Teleprompt Layer

Teleprompt Layer is a teleprompter that records you. Open a script, tap Record, and your camera fills the screen with your words scrolling in a readable panel right over your face. Read naturally while looking at the lens, and your take saves to your Photos library. The script stays out of the saved video. Write or import a script, choose a reading speed from 40 to 300 words per minute, and set an optional start countdown of 3, 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 seconds so you have time to get set. Adjust the text size, mirror the text for a glass reflector, switch between the front and back camera, and jump back to the top for another take. Camera controls include focus, exposure and zoom, with 4K, torch and Cinematic depth of field on supported hardware. Recording uses fixed-speed scrolling; voice following is for rehearsal. Rehearse before you record with Follow voice, which uses Apple's on-device speech recognition to match what you say to your script and wait through your pauses. A supported iPhone and language model are required. Everything happens on your iPhone. Scripts are stored on device, recordings are saved to your own Photos library, and no account is needed. The app does not upload your video, audio, or scripts to our servers. Requires iOS 26 or later. iPhone only.
