NotBooked

Your whole trip, in one plan. Know what’s booked. See what’s still missing. Build your complete trip plan before everything is booked. Add the transportation, stays, meals and activities you’ll need, then share booking confirmations from Mail, Safari, Photos or Files. NotBooked puts each booking in the right place, so you always know what’s confirmed and what still needs to be booked. START WITH THE WHOLE TRIP • See at a glance what’s booked, what’s undecided and what’s still missing. • See how many things still need attention and how many days remain before departure. • Get a reminder 30, 14, 7 and 2 days before you leave if something is still missing. WHEN YOU BOOK SOMETHING • Share a PDF, screenshot or link. With your permission, NotBooked reads the date, place, booking reference and price, and suggests where the booking belongs. • Accept the suggestion, choose another part of the trip, or enter the details yourself. • Links to places you’re considering can stay as options until you decide. KEEP YOUR OPTIONS OPEN • Holding two hotels or restaurant bookings while you decide? Keep both and choose later. • Get a reminder before a free cancellation deadline. • Plans that don’t need a reservation, like a beach day, can be marked complete with one tap. PLAN TOGETHER • Invite the people you travel with. Everyone sees the same plan, and bookings added by anyone appear for everyone. • Choose whether each person can edit or only view. Only one person needs NotBooked Plus. YOUR TRIP IS YOURS No account. No ads. No tracking. Your trips live on your devices and in your own iCloud, and follow you between iPhone and iPad.
