About
Relta is a map-first home search for Greater Vancouver, with a person on the other end when a question comes up. Open the app and every active listing across Metro Vancouver is already on one map, updated through the day. Search starts with the map. Pinch and pan to explore, tap a pin to see the home, or pull the results list up to sort by newest or by price without leaving the map. Draw to search traces any shape with a finger and shows only the homes inside it. Filters give a price histogram, beds and baths, home type, area chips, and more: living area, lot size, year built, parking, storeys, open houses only, keyword and MLS® number. Turn on layers to see what's around a home: satellite, transit, schools, parks, population density, municipalities and postal areas. Every listing opens to a full-screen gallery, the facts, price history of recorded asking prices, open houses, a Neighbourhood section with listing mix within 3 km and Statistics Canada 2021 Census figures, and Agricultural Land Reserve and floodplain flags where they apply. The Mortgage section shows the monthly carrying cost, the stress test, household income needed, and cash to close with BC property transfer tax included. Modelled figures: a model, not a lending decision. Save what you like, and set alerts on a search at the cadence that suits you: instant, daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. Relta reviews matches before an alert goes out. Ask about a home or book a showing straight from the listing. The conversation lives in Messages with the listing pinned, and Relta typically replies within a few hours. Sellers can follow any BC address. Inside Greater Vancouver, a Read can be prepared: a market opinion range, refreshed nightly, with value history, comparables and a share-or-save PDF. Keep a private record of what has been updated (roof, furnace, kitchen, windows, bathrooms) and request an in-person valuation or a call whenever it makes sense. A model, not advice. Tools cover the numbers you need before an offer: mortgage payments and stress test, affordability once the stress test is applied, budget safety against a rate jump or pay cut, and rent vs buy with a crossover chart. Modelled figures. Rates, taxes and insurance vary; a lender confirms what you qualify for. Built for iPhone and iPad, with full dark mode. Sign in with Apple, magic-link email sign-in, and account deletion in the app. MLS®, REALTOR® and the associated logos are trademarks of The Canadian Real Estate Association. Listing data is provided under licence and may not reflect all real estate activity in the market.
