Agape Child Care, Crestview, Florida. This app is for the families and staff of Agape Child Care. It is not a public service — access is by invitation from the office, and every family sees their own child and nobody else's. FOR PARENTS See your child's day as it happens. Teachers post photos and short updates from the room, and you can react or reply to any of them. Keep their paperwork straight. Send in immunization records, physicals and doctor's notes from your phone, and see at a glance what is on file and what is coming due. Correct their record. If a telephone number, an allergy, a medication or an emergency contact is wrong, send the correction to the office. Two people read every change before it goes on your child's record — nothing is altered without being checked. Message the office and your child's teachers directly. Read the week's snack menu, the center's notices, and anything that needs your signature. FOR TEACHERS AND STAFF Sign children in and out, keep the room's ratio in view, and record the day as it goes — meals, naps, diapers, moods, incidents. Post to a child's timeline with a photo, so families see the day rather than being told about it at pick-up. Fill in worksheets and inspections on the phone: opening and closing procedures, the playground walk, fire drills, preventative maintenance. Each one is filed and dated where the office can find it. Keep your own paperwork current — CPR, background screening and training all show their renewal dates. PRIVACY Every family's information is separated at the database, not by what the app chooses to show. A parent's account can only ever return their own child's records — their photos, their paperwork, their incident reports. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and nothing is ever sold or shared with anyone outside the center. Children's medical information, emergency contacts and documents are held for the center's licensing and safety obligations under Florida child care regulations and for nothing else. ACCESS Accounts are created by the Agape Child Care office. If your child is enrolled and you have not received your invitation, please speak to the office.
